The CoreTalent Talent Program, specifically designed to attract well-trained young employees with next-generation qualifications, offers a nine-month developmental journey and hands-on experience in actual software projects. Functioning as an MT (Management Trainee) program, CoreTalent has been running for seven years. The application process for the program, taking place from April to June, involves technical tests, English proficiency assessments, one-on-one interviews, and evaluation center sessions. Open to candidates who are recent university graduates or juniors or seniors studying Engineering or Mathematics-Statistics, etc., the program aligns with ATP’s vision and strategies, providing participants with a foundational understanding of professional business life. Throughout the nine-month developmental journey, CoreTalent participants are immersed in a comprehensive curriculum, including technical training, competency programs, workshops with project presentations, rotations, leader meetings, and mentoring facilitated by experienced professionals. Upon successful completion of the program, the participants take a significant stride forward in their careers. The experience gained advances their training and development, positioning them to integrate into roles within units that align with their strengths as they become a member of the ATP family from the first day of the program. This year, we welcomed 22 CoreTalents, who completed their training processes, into the Ata Technology Group companies as employees.
