Sustainability Governance Structure
ATP’s sustainability governance model is led by top management, with the Board of Directors’ Sustainability Committee operating under the leadership of the CEO. This committee undertakes critical responsibilities, including ensuring the full integration of sustainability into ATP’s structure, establishing sustainability-related policies, and coordinating sustainability activities. While the sustainability strategy is horizontally and vertically embedded across all business units, it is adopted at the highest authority level, and sustainability actions are secured by senior management.
The committee consists of members appointed by the company’s board of directors, with the number and identities of the members determined by the board. Additionally, the committee facilitates coordination among sustainability experts and managers, as well as departments such as human resources, marketing, and finance, establishing an effective communication network with the board. This structure fosters strong collaboration and governance within the company, aiming to achieve sustainability goals.
